Nash Consing (he/him) is a Filipino American documentary filmmaker from Hickory, North Carolina. His work is often found at the intersection of his Southern and Asian American identities. Consing was the 2021 White House News Photographers Association’s Student Video Photographer of the Year. He was also part of the inaugural The Sauce Fellowship by the Center for Asian American Media (CAAM) and the New Orleans Video Access Center (NOVAC) in 2021. In addition, Consing was a 2021 Asian American Journalists Association (AAJA) Voices fellow and recently worked for ABC FiveThirtyEight as a video producer assistant. Currently, Nash lives in Brooklyn, New York.
